Founded in 2016 by Karrie Jackson and Katie Robinette, Evermore Accounting & Coaching was designed to do two things: give you peace of mind and help you and your business grow.

We’re all about giving you expert advice without the stress, so you can focus on what matters—watching your business soar. Today, their team continues to support a growing number of businesses in building profitable ventures every day.

Karrie Jackson

Co-Founder | Accountant

Karrie is a seasoned entrepreneur and financial advisor for small and mid-sized businesses, with over 30 years of hands-on experience helping business owners gain clarity, improve cash flow, and make confident financial decisions. She began her entrepreneurial journey at age 24 by acquiring her first business and has since built, led, and advised multiple companies through growth, complexity, and transition.

As CEO of Evermore Financial Services, Karrie provides strategic accounting, financial advisory, and operational and managerial consulting services for business owners who want more than basic bookkeeping and accounting. Her work supports clients across dentistry, construction, churches, and various trade industries — sectors that require both technical expertise and practical, real-world financial leadership.

Karrie specializes in business financial strategy, cash flow management, operational efficiency, and advisory accounting services, helping owners move from reactive decision-making to proactive, data-driven growth. Known for her ability to bring clarity to complex financial situations, she partners closely with clients to strengthen profitability, improve systems, and build sustainable businesses.

She studied a French and Marketing at Wilmington College and completed advanced accounting studies at Liberty University. Karrie also maintains certifications in Operational Advisory and Financial Advisory, equipping her to serve as a trusted CFO-level partner for growing businesses.

Based in Blanchester, Ohio, Karrie works with business owners locally and nationwide, helping them understand their numbers, reduce financial stress, and lead their companies with confidence and purpose.

Katie Robinette

Co-Founder | Accountant

Katie is the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Evermore Financial Services, serving as the firm’s operational and financial backbone. She leads the execution, structure, and accuracy behind Evermore’s accounting and financial systems, ensuring clients have reliable data and strong foundations to support strategic growth.

While Evermore’s advisory work focuses on high-level strategy and long-term vision, Katie specializes in financial systems, compliance, reporting, and scalable accounting operations. She works closely with business owners to implement sustainable processes, improve financial visibility, and support informed day-to-day decision-making.

Katie holds a Master of Science in Accountancy from Xavier University and maintains multiple certifications in financial management and business operations. Her expertise allows Evermore clients to move beyond reactive bookkeeping toward disciplined, well-structured financial operations.

Known for her detail-oriented and systems-driven approach, Katie is passionate about equipping businesses with the tools, controls, and clarity needed to grow responsibly and confidently.

She lives near Cincinnati, Ohio, with her husband of 11 years and supports Evermore clients both locally and nationwide.

Meg Heuck

Account Manager

Meg Heuck joined Evermore Financial Services in 2019, aligning with their mission to help small businesses operate debt-free. She holds a BS in Liberal Arts, focusing on education, health/science, and criminology, and is completing her MBA in Forensic Accounting. Meg specializes in education and bookkeeping. She lives in Anderson Township, OH, with her three daughters and dog Phoebe, and enjoys reading, traveling, and home renovations.

Kassie Wisdom

Bookkeeper

Kassie Wisdom has over 25 years of experience managing legal and office operations, with expertise in labor, employment, litigation, probate, and family law. She holds a BA in Early Childhood Education and an AS in Science and Technology from Morehead State University, along with a Paralegal Certificate from Indiana University Southeast. Kassie lives in Louisville, KY, with her husband and enjoys traveling and lake life.

Olivia Gundler

Marketing Specialist

Olivia Gundler joined Evermore Financial Services in 2024 to help people learn about how great the company is through social media. She earned a BS Degree in Marketing from The Ohio State University. Olivia found her passion for marketing after witnessing the connection it brings between businesses and their clients. In her spare time, she enjoys being outside, spending time with family & friends, and learning new things.

Marketing Assistant

Mallory Ranck started working for Evermore in 2025, joining Olivia in her marketing efforts. She earned her BS in Marketing from Grace College. With experience in social media marketing, Mallory loves connecting people through relatable and relevant content. In her free time, Mallory enjoys playing pickleball (and destroying her opponents), baking, and hosting friends.
